I was feeling “off” for a couple of months and couldn’t quite get unstuck from it.

Until I met with my coach, who suggested I consider “grounding myself.”

She hit the nail on the head.

I didn’t realize the implications of taking some time away from my regular morning yoga practice.

It apparently hit me hard, but once I brought that back into my life, I got myself back on track pretty quickly.
