Do you ever blame others for the way you feel?
While I always aim to take responsibility for my own emotions, I sometimes slip – and that’s exactly what happened this past summer when my mom and I didn’t see eye to eye on something.
Tune in to hear the story about how I got so stuck on confusion, frustration, and disappointment with something my mother did.
And how I got unstuck (and later apologized for it) when I consider taking responsibility for my part in that story.
* I want to acknowledge my dear mom for giving me permission to share this story on the Getting unSTUCK podcast. It’s not always easy to share your stories with the world, but she agreed with me that this story could potentially help heal others’ relationships and so she allowed me to share it with you.
Thank you for tuning in and as always, I look forward to getting unSTUCK with you.
