I had the privilege to interview Krista Luzio on this week’s podcast.
Krista Luzio lives in Chicago and has been practicing law as a medical malpractice defense lawyer for the past 13 years. She is a mother of two younger children, is a writer, artist, and musician. Krista found me via this podcast and contacted me soon after she learned about her husband’s infidelity.
Learn more about Krista’s story, how she has learned to navigate the challenging and surprising situations that have shown up in her life, and how she has changed and grown after becoming Emotionally Equipped.
Even if Krista’s situation and stories are not exactly what yours look like, I do believe you will be able to find yourself in her stories and I believe she will inspire you, just like she has and continues to inspire me.
Please share your comments about this episode below. I will share all the feedback I receive with Krista. Thank you!

Krista, you are the most amazing and inspiring woman and not because of what you’ve been through but because of the path you have chosen, worked hard for and continue to develop! You are gold! Love Lauren❤️
Thank you, Lauren, for your warm words of feedback to Krista!
Krista, thank you so much for having the courage to share your story. So many parts of your story are my story. You’ve reminded me again that I am not alone. Know that you are not alone either. Also know that you are enough, and someone else’s infidelity speaks to their character and lack, not yours. When it comes right down to it, your husband’s choices have nothing to do with you and who you are, and everything to do with him and who he is. Your children are fortunate to have you as a role model. I wish you peace on your journey.
I am sending you much love and gratitude, my sister.
Kathy, thank you so much for your warm words to Krista. I am so glad the interview resonated with you!
