Feeling stressed is something we’re all too familiar with.
And when we feel stressed, we don’t have any qualms about expressing that to ourselves and to the people around us.
“I’M SO STRESSED!”
But, what’s interesting is, when you stop to really notice what you’re actually feeling in that moment, there may be a feeling that is even more accurate than feeling “stressed.”
We tend to clump our emotions together in only a few categories (like stressed, angry, and frustrated) which is problematic because understanding our emotions and being able to clearly identify which emotions we are really feeling is half the battle in getting unstuck.
