Have you ever felt the sting of exclusion?
That moment when you see friends or family together, and you weren’t invited, leaving a pang of sadness?
I recently had such an experience, a fleeting encounter that could have soured the moment if I hadn’t employed my trusty tool, The unSTUCK Method.
During a family trip to the shore, while strolling along the boardwalk, I spotted a group of relatives gathered together, and I wasn’t among them.
Initially, disappointment washed over me, followed by self-defeating thoughts like “they don’t want to be with me.”
But here’s the thing—I managed to break free from that negative loop.
And I wanted to share this personal story with you on this week’s episode of the “You Can Handle Anything” podcast. It’s my hope that by listening, you’ll find inspiration to confront similar situations with unwavering resilience.
