Have you ever had the experience where someone asks you to do a favor for them – and you gladly help out – only to realize you didn’t succeed exactly the way the request was intended?
I just hate it when that happens.
It’s like no good deed ever goes unpunished, right?
When that happens, it’s so easy to get stuck on self-judgment, self-criticism, and guilt.
But the truth of the matter is, you can’t always know everything all of the time.
Things happen.
And instead of staying stuck and feeling bad, you can choose to make a shift and feel better, no matter what the situation.
This is what happened to me earlier in the week when I kind of messed things up with a friend.
Tune in to this week’s “You Can Handle Anything” podcast to hear that story.
And as a bonus, I share a second similar story with you in this episode as well.
