Fear is the most pervasive emotion we feel as human beings.
And yet, most of the fears we face are not real life and death situations.
Rather, they are fears we create in our own minds.
But, if we can learn how to manage our fears, we would be able to live our lives with more of a sense of inner peace and even confidence to know that we can, indeed, handle difficult emotions.
I faced fear in an extreme way a few days ago while I was on a weekend getaway with some friends.
I went on a walk by myself, not realizing what was waiting for me.

I have been stuck on fear of being successful and holding myself back from getting a job-or even completing courses that would further my prospects. Recently I put myself out there and shared my fears with successful women who have offered to help me past the hurdles. I know though that without facing my fears and using your tools their ‘help’ will just fall on deaf ears…Thank you for bringing that to my attention 🙂
