It’s very easy to look backward and get mad at yourself.
For not being better.
For not doing better.
For not being perfect.
And yet, unless you are learning something from those past experiences, beating yourself up about them doesn’t help.
In fact, it only keeps you stuck.
That’s why it’s so essential that you know how to be kind to yourself.
And hold yourself in self-compassion, no matter what happened in the past.
