I first met you at a workshop during a wellness retreat.
I followed up by participating in Zoom groups, challenges, podcasts and worked one on one with you.
Growth is a long journey without shortcuts.
Your deeply caring and listening ear, your encouragement, the UNstuck method, your sharing of yourself and your own struggles and in particular, working with you one on one was an important stepping stone in my journey and is a tool for life.
